The current Agent is familiar with the Property and Tenants

On switching, Gallus Lettings will obtain all documents from the previous Agent.  A dedicated Property Manager will then conduct an initial inspection to become familiar with the Property and Tenants and can at that point advise on any issues discovered.

The Tenants will be disturbed or unhappy to move over

We have found that Tenants have been delighted with our customer service and probably also feel that they are not supported or helped with the current Agent.  Switching to Gallus Lettings is a perfect opportunity to change this.  A Property Manager will introduce themselves and give the Tenants a chance to voice any concerns or improvements they would like at the point of switching.

The previous Agent has safety certificates and records

We will obtain all safety certificates and records of any work carried out and ensure that the Property is compliant going forward.

What about the Deposit

We will request that this is transferred and deal with the previous Agent ourselves to ensure minimal disruption to you.

It’s too much hassle
